Shipping
- π Dispatch: within 2 business days from our Namba store.
- π¦ Domestic (Japan): 2β5 business days via Yamato or Sagawa.
- π΄ Fee: flat Β₯800, free for orders over Β₯8,000.
- π International: currently Japan only.
Returns (δΈθ―εγ»θͺ€ι ι)
We accept returns for defective, damaged or wrongly shipped items within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at support@petsolutionsjapan.jp with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days at the customerβs shipping cost. A 10% restocking fee applies. Personalized or consumable items (food, treats) cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
