1. Acceptance

By placing an order on Pet Solutions Japan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in Japanese yen (JPY) and include the applicable Japanese consumption tax (10%). Shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown at checkout. No hidden charges.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order confirmation email is sent automatically but does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with full refund) due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes.

4. Payment

Accepted methods: bank transfer (先振込) and cash on delivery (代引き). Card payments, when enabled, are processed via a PCI-DSS Level-1 certified gateway over an SSL-encrypted connection.

5. Shipping

We ship from Osaka to addresses across Japan within 2–5 business days. See our Shipping & returns page for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be brought before the Osaka District Court.
